What TrueQuote Auto is
TrueQuote Auto is a comparison and educational tool. We generate estimates based on the information you provide and our pricing model. We are not an insurance company, agent, or broker. We do not sell insurance, bind coverage, or provide binding quotes.
Estimates, not quotes
Every price on this site is an estimate — a modeled scenario labeled Estimate A through F. These are not real quotes from insurance companies. Actual prices vary by insurer, state, driving history, credit, and many other factors. Always confirm the final price directly with the insurer before making a decision.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. Do not share your sign-in links with others.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or resell our content or estimates.
Payments and refunds
Reports are a one-time digital purchase: $14.99 for your first report, $9.99 for each report after. All sales are final — see our Refund Policy for details. Payments are currently processed in Stripe test mode; no live charges are made.
Limitation of liability
Our estimates are for informational purposes only. We are not liable for decisions you make based on them, or for differences between our estimates and actual insurer prices. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your report.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
